Traveling with a group of three adults and one child, we requested two double beds and were pleasantly surprised when the hotel arranged triple beds for us. The location of the hotel is ideal, just a few minutes' walk to the Tin Hau MRT station and easily accessible from the airport by the A11 Airport Shuttle bus. The staff at the concierge were extremely helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to higher floors and given a room with a fantastic view overlooking QC College. The rooftop pool was a great amenity and the breakfast had a wide selection of delicious Western options.

Spent Xmas at a hotel close to shopping area and public transport. Enjoyed the value for money and the nice pool. Service was good and they provided fruits in the room. Convenient location with tram and train stop nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, conveniently situated in the bustling Causeway Bay area. I loved that it was within an easy walk of the MTR station and also close to bus and tram stops, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from the receptionist Dianne to the manager. They made arrangements for us and even helped us with our cancellation. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the rooftop swimming pool was breathtaking, and it was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. I also enjoyed the live entertainment and the welcome drinks in the hotel bar, which created a great atmosphere.

The room was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. The hotel's location was perfect, with the MTR station and convenience stores nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel offers a convenient location as it is located just across the road from the MRT station and within walking distance to various restaurants and a nearby supermarket. Guests have enjoyed good service, helpful staff, and a lovely pool to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. The Executive suites are comfortable with separate living areas and two bathrooms with separate showers and bathtubs. The hotel also provides baby amenities upon request.

Some rooms may have a musty and moldy odor that lingers throughout the guest's stay.

We loved the hotel's transportation accessibility to nearby areas and easy commute via the MTR Station located at a walking distance. Being located in a quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed a peaceful stay. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were great, especially the rooftop pool with a great view across the bay. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and helpful with breakfast serving a variety of options.

We enjoyed the lunch buffet very much, with a wide selection of Eastern and Western dishes. The room had a fabulous city view, including a partial view of Victoria Harbour. Facilities were perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location couldn't have been better, just a few minutes' walk away from the MTR station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The room was comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed, from tea and coffee to a mini-bar. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and ensuring we had a wonderful stay. On top of that, the leisure facilities were fantastic - we particularly enjoyed the pool and sauna.
